Motion Designer Co Op - NFT Design Studio
Responsibilities:
This Motion Design Co Op role will be a member of our NFT Games Design Studio - a group operating as a small, nimble, innovative team working together to establish DraftKings as a leader in the NFT games space. Focus areas include:
• Execute animated content for DraftKings NFT Games studio as well as creating content on behalf of other people and brands partnering with DraftKings.
• Contribute overall creative strategy, NFT games concept development and practical execution.
• Create final NFT games artwork, which may utilize a combination of animation, illustration,
hand-drawn, digital created images, and 3D techniques.
• Ensure all final deliverables meet specifications and technical requirements.
• Adapt to handle concept, scope, or timeline shifts.
• Enhance the DraftKings NFT games offerings by actively staying on top of industry trends, processes, and standards.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has the following key attributes: creativity, collaborative spirit, confidence, initiative, and enthusiasm. Specifically,
• 1-3 years' experience
• Majoring in Motion Design or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
• A deep passion for NFT games, Cryptocurrency, Metaverse.
• Has a demonstrable passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms -social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, etc.
• Care about craft, visual identity, and design.
• Extraordinary design, editing and/or social media writing skills.
• Actual videography or design education OR the equivalent professional experience.
• Familiar working with almost every content creation format out there: Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Blender, Procreate, Adobe Creative Suite & design templates in Canva or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, TikTok, Instagram, FB Live, etc.
• Capable of generating animated and 3D concepts quickly & precisely.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to receive, interpret and implement
constructive feedback from stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
The US base compensation range for this co-op position is $16.16 - $24.24, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
