Graphic Designer - Remote

A successful Graphic Designer will: 

• Collaborate with the Digital Art Director and Senior Designer to deliver 360 brand design experience (i.e., print, branding, social, some digital, environmental, events)
• Exhibit exceptional time management, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Stay current on design trends, innovations, and technology
• Manage multiple team projects, troubleshoot issues/constraints, and drive a sense of urgency to meet deadlines

A successful Digital Designer will have:

• 5-7 years of design and digital design as part of an ad agency or in-house team
• Must have online portfolio demonstrating relevant design / digital experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web, Interactive, Communication Design or similar
• Typography skills and an eye for detail and quality
• Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG 2.0. A, AA, etc.)
• Experience collaborating with Art Directors, web developers and project managers
• Knowledge of mobile/browser/platform constraints and how they affect design
• Understanding of the creative and digital production process
• Proven project organization and time management skills
• Microsoft Office: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Mentor and inspire junior team members
• Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator,  InDesign)
• Knowledge of UX tools (Sketch)
• Working knowledge of CRM tools
• Ability to work in HTML5 and CSS
• Knowledge of CMS (EpiServer, AEM, Wordpress), JavaScript, PHP
• Experience with Project Management Tools (Workfront, Smartsheet)
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Animation
• Experience working and creating for international markets
• Hospitality experience is highly preferred
• Spanish fluency a plus, but not required
