- Design and print brochures, direct mail pieces, application notes, print and digital ads, social share images, email signature banners, customer invitations, outdoor banners, flyers, sales collateral, newsletters, and internal documents
- Design large scale graphics for trade shows
- Communicate with Corporate Marketing to keep up to date with new collateral material and campaign themes. Obtain design files and edit as needed for US market
- Create website landing pages for US and Latin America as needed for specific campaigns and trade shows
- Work with stakeholders to create copy, build and send local campaign emails
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to have videos created, including storyboarding. Identify existing footage and identify when new content is required
- Maintain Marketing Project Request sites
- Manage and maintain Marketing Portal of all relevant collateral and images with searchable function, as well as Product Inspection (for US) content on Sales Enablement Tool (SET)
- Regularly monitor US website pages for Product Inspection Division for accuracy of content – flag any problems to Corporate
- Regularly monitor content on SET (Sales Enablement Tool) for accuracy – flag any problems to Corporate
- Be company champion of corporate branding policies; ensure branding guidelines are adhered to on all external and internal communications for Division
- Maintain a centralized archive of marketing materials and images that is accessible to various functional groups internally
- Maintain content on monitors in Marketing area and lobby
- Other duties as assigned
- BA or BS degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Must have expert level experience and competency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Premier competency is a plus
- Experience in AEM
- HTML knowledge a plus Qualifications
- Ability to take direction from management and work autonomously or on a team
- Strong work ethic and high expectations for quality
- Effective project management skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple projects, maintain schedules and meet deadlines
