DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To promote the brand by exceeding design expectations, delivering high quality design, and executing on tight deadlines
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with internal marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design solutions
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and creativity
- Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance the overall design and messaging
- Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure seamless integration of text and visuals
- Provide design support for presentations, event materials, and other ad hoc projects as required
- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to oversee production and ensure the final output meets specifications
- Back-up for other Graphic Designers
- Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
- Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
- Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
- Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
- Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

- Intermediate working knowledge of:
- Graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
- Design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition
- Print production processes and specifications
- Digital design and its implications for online platforms and social media
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Performing graphic design duties on a PC and familiarity with the PC version of Adobe Creative Cloud
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of graphic design experience, working in Advertising Agencies, Graphic Design companies or in-house corporate environments, inclusive of executing marketing projects from conception to production
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design OR Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design with 6 years of the required experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION
- Master’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
