Graphic Designer

Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Collaborate with the design team to create marketing collateral, such as brochures, banners, and social media graphics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality and sophisticated creative concepts for print, digital, and interactive media that reflect strategy and comply with the brand.
• Create needed visual assets from digital to print and prepare ready-made files of all marketing collateral and presentations, including printed catalogs.
• Photo-retouching and advanced manipulation for media printing and web; illustrations if needed.
• Manage the email marketing platform and analysis of the campaigns.
• Design and adapt digital banners (online ads) in both static (jpg, png, gif) and animated
• Build email newsletters using Email Management Platforms with provided or originally made designs.
• Oversee and direct in-house product photography sessions.
• Oversee and provide direction at printing press.
• Generate 3D conceptual renderings and prepare photo montages.
• Prepare visual and video content for the website as per request.
• Understanding of corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both print and digital media.

Qualifications:

• Expert in using Adobe Creative Cloud and other graphic software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD and rendering software (i.e., Keyshot).
• Proficient with photo manipulation (background removal, color correction, color swapping, adding realism, etc.).
• Experience in Adobe Premier or other video editing tool preferred.
• A good understanding and eye for creating strong compositions & layouts in designs.
• Strong typography skills.
• Strong time management skills by being flexible and organized.
• Strong knowledge of Email Marketing Platforms (i.e., Active Campaign, Mail Chimp, etc.).
• Proficient in Office Suite (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and/or Advertising, preferably from a Design/Fine Art Institution
• 1-3 years of relative experience in a corporate department or ad agency
