Form of workMetric is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house corporate branding team in Miami, Florida. *This is a remote position with the potential of working within any of Metric’s Florida office locations (Lake Mary, Miami or Chipley)
Your Role:
- You will be responsible for designing and creating branded graphics and templates for presentations, brochures, adverts, print and digital assets, recruitment materials, property signage and generating ideas for new designs on a regular basis.
- As part of the job you will create assets for use on social media, and for PR and marketing campaigns including print advertising designs.
- A key part of this role is to have comprehensive brand knowledge and ensure the integrity of the Metric brand. All designs and graphics need to remain on brand following brand guidelines.
- Support the different service lines through creating graphics, maps, illustrations for collateral, web, email and social.
- Support the marketing team with any campaigns from idea generation through to going live for all properties.
- Images and Video: Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and to be able to retouch, resize and edit images and video regularly.
- Beyond the immediate marketing team, you will also support other departments with collateral, presentations and other materials.
- Generate new ideas and designs to maintain a competitive and leading edge – includes upkeeping websites and e-mail marketing.

What you should bring:
- B.F.A. in Graphic Design preferred
- 4+ years of design experience (in-house or for an agency)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint & Adobe Creative Suites (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Video Editing/2D Animation experience is a plus!
- Ability to manage and prioritize projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams
