THE POSITION
As the Graphic Designer (Full-Time), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our partner's brands and products. You will be responsible for creating captivating graphic designs that resonate with our diverse consumer base and align with our partnership's brand ethos. From concept development to final execution, you will bring creativity, innovation, technical expertise, and strategic vision to every project.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Design
The role will function as the design lead for the Product Development Community. In this role, the Graphic Designer will be instrumental in driving business growth through graphic design work for a variety of consumer categories.

• Lead in-house graphic design efforts across various product categories, including apparel, accessories, packaging, and more.
• Translate creative concepts into graphic assets that elevate our products and enhance our partner's brand presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment.

Vision
In this role, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics that align and move forward the company's vision. The role will require creative thinking and adaptability to a range of IP, concepts and guidelines when representing various partners across varying business types.

• Drive the company's creative vision through innovative graphic design solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand design objectives and client/partner requirements.
• Provide creative input to shape strategies and objectives for product innovation and business growth.

Curation
The Graphic Designer will function as an integral part of the product development team to refine products, presentations, and visual elements. The Designer will also collaborate with teams to concept ideas that ensure innovation and trend in both product and graphics are always front of mind.

• Work closely with production artists to refine product designs and ensure adherence to brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with external artists and illustrators to maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Continuously strive for excellence in product integrity and quality assurance.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio highlighting a diverse range of creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Product Development / Product Construction Acumen.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for design innovation and emerging trends.
