Job Overview: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting members of the Chesapeake Leadership Team with daily administrative tasks and company initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing C-Suite level support to the Chesapeake Leadership Team
- Calendar Management, pop-up meetings, making occasional travel arrangements, event planning, project organization and management. Maintain the Gatekeeper position.
- Draft & prepare documents, communications and presentations using word, excel, outlook, and PowerPoint for communication within the company and externally
- Manage and coordinate the schedules of multiple executives with competing priorities.
- Other delegated and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Manage the notes and to-dos from various leadership meetings, providing recaps and follow-ups on actionable items.
- Managing marketing projects.
- Participate in company committees.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of administrative experience (required)
- 1 years of C-Suite Executive Assistant experience (required)
- Ability to work independently, proactively and in a team environment
- Ability to carry out tasks in an efficient manner with minimal direction
- Ability to anticipate the needs of your executives.
- Ability to interject, with respect, when appropriate.
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, provide deliverables, and manage realistic expectations.
- Ability to provide critical thinking and brainstorming
- Ability to handle confidential situations and information
- Maintain Professionalism, Confidentiality & Decorum
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient experience with the following programs (preferred):
- Extensive experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Sr. Level Admin/Assistant experience and qualifications are required.
