Per-Diem UAS Registered Nurse – Competitive Rates!!!

Amazing Home Care is seeking an experienced Per-diem Registered Nurse- with active UAS certification. This is a field-based position conducting UAS initial, reassessment, and home abstract visits for our TBI and NHTD Medicaid waiver programs. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the completion of UAS assessments, and all other required clinical documentation related to the TBI and NHTD Medicaid waiver programs.

Department: TBI/NHTD Medicaid Waiver Programs

Reports To: Vice President of Clinical Operations

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• Current NYS Registered Nurse License
• Active UAS Certification
• A minimum of one-year Registered Nurse experience, which must be in the provision of a Home Care Services Agency or the equivalent for individuals from out-of-state.
• Work positively and favorably with patients, families, and staff
• Excellent communication and time-management skills

Requirements:

Shift: Days, Evenings, Weekends

Salary: Competitive

Experience: UAS: at least 6 months (Preferred)

License: Registered Nurse (Required)

Salary range: $200 - $250 per assignment
