Summary:
As the Graphic Designer at Charlotte's Web Inc, you will be an integral part of our creative force, contributing fresh ideas and innovative designs that resonate with our audience for our portfolio of brands and products for Charlotte's Web. This role offers a unique opportunity for a talented designer to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to the visual identity of our brand.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with the art director, creative team, and cross-functional departments to conceptualize and execute compelling visual solutions that align with our brand and mission.
- Graphic Design: Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various purposes, including digital and print advertisements, social media content, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Layout and Composition: Assist in designing layouts and compositions for marketing materials, ensuring visual consistency and optimal communication of messages.
- Visual Branding: Contribute to the maintenance of visual branding consistency across all design assets, adhering to established guidelines.
- Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and help shape creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Digital Design: Collaborate on designing digital assets, including website elements, social media graphics, paid advertisements, and email marketing visuals.
- Photo and Image Editing: Assist in image selection, manipulation, and editing to enhance visual impact.
- Typography: Apply typography principles to create visually pleasing and effective design compositions.
- Presentation Support: Assist in creating visually appealing presentations for pitches, internal meetings, and client interactions.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Address design challenges with creativity, exploring various solutions to ensure the best visual outcome.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Experience:
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Basic understanding of digital design trends and social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Technical Skills:
Graphic Design Software:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is crucial for creating and editing visuals, illustrations, layouts, and other design elements.
Print Design:
- Print Production: Knowledge of prepress processes, color management, and file preparation for various print materials.
- Typography: Skill in selecting and arranging fonts to create effective and visually pleasing designs.
- Layout Design: Ability to design layouts for various print materials such as brochures, posters, magazines, and packaging.
Image Editing:
- Skill in retouching, color correction, and manipulation of images using software like Photoshop.
Software and Tools:
- Experience in using Figma for collaborative design projects.
Project Management:
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira for managing design projects, tasks, and timelines.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Color Management:
- Knowledge of color theory and color profiles to ensure consistent and accurate color reproduction across various mediums.
