We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Graphic Designer.

Hybrid position – approximately 90% remote. North Denver area - candidates within a reasonable commuting distance are preferred.

The Graphic Designer designs and manages print and digital marketing strategies for PRIDE departments and PRIDE dealers. Responsible for implementation of creative concepts across several business accounts.

What you Will Do

• Create new designs for email, social artwork, flyers, and custom projects.
• Produce social media design assets and schedule for several businesses (Dealers).
• Design and manage print materials which require coordination of approvals and management of print vendor and mailing lists.
• Design and coordinate edits for internal marketing presentations for meetings and conferences
• Manage projects from conception to completion and determine deliverables through communication with PRIDE business, manufacturers and print vendors.
• Build templates that can easily be applied to multiple businesses, streamlining production of both print and digital materials.
• Support marketing library of assets which includes communication and coordinating with manufactures and outside entities.
• Must secure current product and marketing images ensuring they are being utilized per brand requirements across all PRIDE materials.
• Manage relationships with third party printers to coordinate collateral production.
• Travel for yearly conferences as needed.
• Assist the marketing department on projects as needed.
• May do work to support other marketing areas such as web design, video creation, email automation, social media promotions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years of experience).
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Exemplary customer service and organization.
• Experience working with print houses, other marketing services vendors
• Understanding of basic website functionality (coding not necessary) Familiarity with Constant Contact, Drop Box, and Font Installation.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments under high pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and interact well with coworkers
• Ability to use standard office equipment including telephone, copier, word processing, personal computer, scanners, digital copier/printer.
