Overview
Crocs is looking for an Associate Creative Designer to join our fast-paced, exceptionally talented and collaborative Global Marketing Team. The Collaborations Designer will be responsible for supporting our high-profile Collaborations, Brand Partnerships and Licenses. This will include creating and concepting 360 marketing campaigns-from digital and out of home activations to large scale production planning and execution.
The Collaborations Designer will work closely with our Sr Designers to fufill asset creation for all relevant channels (Social, Paid, PR, ECOM) as well as leading their own projects from concept to asset build out. As a team you will produce compelling creative and product positioning to continue to elevate the Crocs brand across all channels.
This is an exciting, fast-paced, and constantly evolving role. While this job is demanding, you will be working on our most highly anticipated and notable campaigns, with some of the best creative talent in the industry. We are looking for someone who is conscientious and not afraid to be yourself.
What You'll Do
  • Highly conceptual strategic thinking in both visual and interaction design.
  • Create innovative visual design across all customer touchpoints from concept to production.
  • Work with Sr Design leads in asset production.
  • Ensure that designs are consistent with brand standards while continuing to push the boundaries.
  • Craft and build responsive site assets and other HTML friendly layouts.
  • Work on multiple concurrent design projects at the same time.
  • Work on multiple assets at once for a given campaign; emails, landing pages, SMS and social assets, as well as print pieces such as packaging.
  • Maintain extremely high design standards, as well as the ability to work under pressure and
  • tight deadlines.
  • Be coachable and willing to learn.
  • Deliver client files effectively, quickly, and within approved deadlines.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar degree (ie: Digital Design, Web Design).
  • 2 - 3+ years related experience in Digital & Print Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with responsive design and best practices designing within these constraints.
  • Takes initiative, is comfortable being assertive, and is self-motivated.
  • Ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to quickly switch gears in
  • order to keep up with feedback and shifting priorities is critical.
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional
  • groups in a congenial and friendly way. Tactfulness is a must.
  • Outstanding written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must be a willing communicator and collaborator that enjoys the exchange of ideas.
  • Must maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor with internal and external partners.
  • Must be flexible and able to accept and provide necessary critique and feedback.
  • Flexible in availability during off-hours to support product launch needs as needed.

Salary or Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
