Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align Google Ads strategy with overall business goals and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Google Ads certification.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fragrance and raw materials is a plus!
