Our team requires a skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to create relevant and engaging campaigns to build our community. That is where and how you can help us.
About the Position:
The Google Ads Specialist will make a meaningful impact on the lives of pets and their families. As a vital member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Google Ads campaigns to raise awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for PCF's initiatives and programs. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to apply your digital marketing skills and expertise to support a worthy cause while gaining valuable experience in non-profit marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to promote PCF's fundraising campaigns, awareness drives, and educational programs.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for targeting in Google Ads campaigns.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets for Google Ads campaigns, adhering to best practices.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve metrics such as click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports and updates on performance and insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates and industry trends to incorporate best practices into campaign strategies.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role is a data-driven individual with a deep passion for digital advertising, particularly in Google Ads. You should possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically when optimizing campaigns. Collaboration is key, so you thrive in a team environment and excel at communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Proactivity, adaptability, and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising are essential traits for success in this role. You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Ads platform and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience in non-profit or volunteer work is a plus, but not required.
