Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners and negotiate commission rates
- Monitor and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize performance and ROI
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the e-commerce industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement SEM and media planning strategies
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as DoubleClick and Google Ads
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics and insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in performance marketing
Experience:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEM, media planning, and campaign management
- Familiarity with tools such as DoubleClick, Google Ads, and other market analytics platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
