```Duties```
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines (SEO)
- Develop and implement strategies for improving website performance, including conversion optimization
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM) and display advertising
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in SEO, web analytics, and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization principles and techniques
- Proficient in budgeting and managing digital advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with tools such as DoubleClick, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
