SalaryBearpath Golf and Country Club is seeking motivated full and part time grounds maintenance workers for the rest of the 2023 golf season which runs through the end of October and possibly into November depending on the weather..This is a seasonal position for up to 40 hours per week. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays. Pay rate is $15/hr - $18/hr. Bearpath offers free uniforms, golfing privileges, flexible scheduling and an employee discount. Experience preferred but not necessary as we will provide the necessary training.
Job Duties
- Course set up - Tee service, bunker maintenance, filling divots
- Equipment operation- Mowing fairways, rough, tees, greens and approaches using riding and walk mowers.
- Other miscellaneous course duties will include tree and shrub care, string trimming, backpack blowing, assistance with various Golf Course construction projects. Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to work in all weather conditions
- Be able to start work as early as 5am.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
