SalaryCedar Creek Golf Course is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and friendly candidate that enjoys working as a team in a fun, small-community golf feel facility. This position is a seasonal position April 1 - October 31, or possibly extended full year. This facility has one 18-hole championship course. We have 2 state-of-the-art golf simulators which offer the possibility for year-round employment.
The number one responsibility of the Assistant Golf Professional is to provide an exceptional experience to all players and members on a daily basis. Some of the other components of the job include:
Opening and closing the golf shop
Managing the tee sheet and booking tee times
Player check-in
Tournament operations
Cart fleet management
League Operations
Driving range operations
Working closely with the outside operations staff
Ensure cleanliness of golf shop and display merchandise
Experience in the golf industry is desired, but not required.
Mandatory High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must be self-motivated, friendly and willing to work hard to meet the needs of the golfers
Must have a positive attitude and strong communication skills
