Salary Range: $17.00 Hourly
Job Shift: Morning/Afternoon (+Weekends)
- Supervise Golf Pro shop staff and outside guest service personnel, ensuring that responsibilities are carried out and efficient service is provided to guests.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of golf lesson programs.
- Serve as the instructor for all golf lessons.
- Coordinate corporate golf events.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory control and sales.
- Assist with all facets of golf operations.
- Assist with supervising, managing and maintaining the highest level of guest service.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in corporate events and tournament operations.
- Experience in golf merchandising, including purchasing, inventory control and marketing.
- Experience in staff supervision.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Strong computer and record keeping skills.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of data management in tournament operation application.
- Knowledge of fiscal and monthly budgeting.
- Highly motivated and dependable.
- Outgoing personality.
- Detail oriented.
- Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
- Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
- Normal mobility throughout the facility.
- Able to drive a vehicle.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
