The Cape Club of Falmouth is a Semi-Private Country Club located in Falmouth, MA; recognized yearly as one of the best courses on the Cape. This outstanding golf and event destination boasts a renovated Clubhouse and features an upscale dining experience in the Grille Room. We are looking for a confident Restaurant General Manager to lead the Grille Room and also assist with club banquets/events when needed.

The Grille Room offers lunch and dinner in a comfortable atmosphere with elevated dishes available for the Members and the guests of the club. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for service and hospitality, takes pride in their work and the ability to "think outside the box" when the need arises.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work Closely with other managers and event coordinators
• As a Lead Role of the club, develop a professional relationship with the members and the guests of the club
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef re: new menus and weekly specials
• File end of the day reports and make sure all of the staff's responsibilities are finished
• Ensure exceptional service is conducted by all FOH staff
• Learn how to be an administrator on our POS system
• Help with scheduling the FOH and assist with Ordering
• Maintain Monthly Inventory
• Attend weekly manager meetings
• Run team meetings before service
• Flexible availability as days and nights are required
• Professional Dress and Demeanor
• Must be comfortable being on your feet for long hours at a time and be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must have Reliable Transportation

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,300.00 per week
