Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager

• Train staff under instruction of the Owner.
• Create and manage weekly staffing schedule.
• Order ingredients and beverages.
• Talk to customers to receive feedback on their service.
• Motivate staff during busy shifts.
• Ensure that staff members are available for shifts.
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• SEASONAL JOB: from April to October.
• HOUSING available for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per week
