- Train staff under instruction of the Owner.
- Create and manage weekly staffing schedule.
- Order ingredients and beverages.
- Talk to customers to receive feedback on their service.
- Motivate staff during busy shifts.
- Ensure that staff members are available for shifts.
- Prior experience in the restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work long hours.
