We’re Mvnifest, a full-stack Product Development, operational intelligence, and 3PL platform. We design, engineer, source, manufacture, manage, and fulfill products from DTC to retail.
We’re looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our growing team. This is a contract position to start, with potential for full time. You will have the opportunity to own strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and production strategy. You will work cross-functionally with multiple departments—including design, sales, packaging development, planning, and finance—to evaluate programs, lead product launches, and set optimal supply chains that allow products to flourish.
An important aspect of this position is rooted in direct client communication, video conferences, agenda planning, internal and external emails recapping projects and sharing status updates, circulating and managing information across several business units and stakeholders, and beyond. You’ll also collaborate with designers to create client-facing deliverables such as design decks, new business presentations, and technical updates.

Requirements
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or related field
- 4-6+ years of professional experience in an analytical, data-driven supply chain role, preferably with a background in operations
- Deep exposure to the development and mass production of products at a significant scale; preferably global
- Strong negotiator who understands multiple techniques and practices
- Account communication experience with a high level of written and verbal polish
- High adaptivity, with the ability to create alignment among competing priorities and pivot quickly in response to new opportunities
- A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and to switch gears as required
- You strive for excellence and always seeking to improve yourself, your team, your suppliers, and the world around you
- You are open to travel to meet with suppliers and see manufacturing sites first hand; both domestic and internationally
- Project management experience in Asana, or similar software
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Fluency in Mandarin
