Global Sourcing Manager - Security & IT. This person will be responsible to develop and lead global category strategies and understand the business/company requirements to improve value and partner with business team members. This also includes implementing the end-to-end Sourcing process of crafting and leading category strategies, spend and market analysis, running RFx's, negotiating contracts and pricing, and supplier management.
This person should have deep sourcing and vendor management experience within the IT space, operate at ALL levels of the organization and move seamlessly from strategic to tactical. Additionally, this person must have a keen eye for detail, provide insights based on market conditions and trends, investigate innovative methods optimize value from goods and service providers, improve the decision-making process, and increase the flow of information.About YouBasic Qualifications* 7+ years experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / Sourcing role* Experience supporting IT Sourcing, technology categories and technology services* Familiarity with standard procurement concepts, practices, and proceduresOther Qualifications* Leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills* Possess a positive demeanor, excellent communication and analytical skills* Demonstration of critical thinking, ability to question the output of a financial model and consider options for improvement* BA/BS in technical, business or analytical subject areaWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
