We are looking for gig workers (via BCforward) who are passionate about making an impact on our members and the communities we serve.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- The Sales Account Consultant will facilitate Open Enrollment events for our Commercial Medical business for National Accounts, Large Group Accounts, and GRS Business.
- These events will include Health Fairs, Benefit Fairs, Presentations, Q&A Sessions, and on occasion virtual events.
- The Sales Account Consultant will need to be able to answer member questions regarding the health plans that are being provided, benefits available, and how their cost share works for their plan.
Requirements:
- Consultant should be knowledgeable of medical benefit plans, deductibles, coinsurance, out of pocket maximums, finding a network provider, and how the plans work.
- Requires good presentation and communication skills.
- Benefits knowledge.
- Broker or Account Mgt experience a plus.
Job Type:Gig role.
Additional Details:
- Training will be provided.
- No set schedule or days - will be on-call basis with notice.
- Hours will be given upon assignment. May vary.
- Compensated for 4 hour minimum.
- May have to drive to locations for assignments.
- Possible travel.
