About the role
Managing multiple projects with support from Project Engineers, Estimator and Senior operations leadership. You will drive the development, design, planning and execution of geohazard mitigation Construction Projects including slope stability, rockfall, ground improvement, difficult-access shoring and foundations. You will be a proven Project Manager, with previous experience in geotechnical and slope stabilisation space. You are a confident and effective communicator, who easily adapts as the project pipeline develops. - Drive team engagement, motivation and mentoring of the team
- End to end project management including client liaison, subcontractors, suppliers/materials, HSE and cost tracking
- Support the Superintendents across multiple projects
- Work from Home and occasional travel to site on the West Coast.
You will be a proven Project Manager, with previous experience in geotechnical and slope stabilisation space. - Proven Project Management experience driving outcomes
- Tertiary qualification in Civil, Geotechnical engineering, Engineering Geology or Construction Management
- Previous experience in slope stabilisation and geotechnical related projects
- Effective stakeholder and cost management skills.
