General Description:

Project Associate shall provide full time support to all Assessment and Oversight staff and has frequent interaction with the Client, Developer, and General Contractor. They will establish and maintain all files and project correspondence. Employee is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our services are being delivered at the highest level to ensure the Client is satisfied. The Project Associate reports directly to the Managing Director of Assessments and Oversights.

Location: Remote

Preference will be given to candidates located in NV, AZ, UT, NM, CO, or TX

Project Associate Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision of the Managing Director of Assessments and Oversights, provides administrative support;
  • Composes and types correspondence to include letters, memos, forms, minutes, proposals, etc.;
  • Interacts with a diverse group of external and internal contacts at all levels;
  • Uses independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified work load;
  • Receives and distributes project correspondence, drawings, and other project records and documents;
  • Maintains project files;
  • Arranges project meetings;
  • Records discussions at meetings and prepares, distributes, and maintains project meeting minutes and action logs;
  • Prepares report templates and manages report consistency;
  • Ensures reports are written professionally as demanded by CM&D and its clients;
  • Maintains tracking files and ensures deliverable are issued on schedule;
  • Aides the Assessment and Oversight Field team with the completion and issuance of deliverables;
  • As needed, visits project sites to assist the field team;

Additional Responsibilities:

  • The Project Associate will conduct site visits with a member of the field team to gain a better understanding of a project’s status to ensure deliverables accurately reflect a projects status (local travel required)

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration or Construction Management is required.

Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written; be highly computer literate and capable of using MS Office Suite, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Project, Sharepoint, Various Data Rooms/Share Folders (Dropbox, Box, Etc.), Internet and Email.

Smartsheets skills is preferable.

Previous experience with residential/health services/hospitality/high rise/large scale master plan development projects is preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
