Weiss Renewable Solutions is looking for a Superintendent that is a well seasoned individual that has 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater construction projects. We are looking for a highly motivated employee that is open to traveling throughout the Midwest. They must have the ability to effectively manage multiple subcontractors, crews/manpower, maintains a clean and orderly site, effective inventory management style, efficiency minded, well versed in safety procedures and OSHA standards, has a 'minimally invasive' approach to projects thereby keeping our footprint of disruption small, understands quality, understands the need to be proactive in helping our subcontractors yet not letting them take advantage, ability to present and converse effectively with Owners/Engineers, accurately portrays project conditions on daily reports, understands project plans & specs, first one to arrive last one to leave mindset, overall a company man that takes care of Weiss/PWC and represents in a professional manner.
General:
Additional duties as directed by the supervisor.
Employment contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
The Superintendent will receive a living allowance up to $1k per month if the worksite is more than 120 miles from where they reside during their work, a company vehicle, a company gas card for work use, and a $50 per month cell phone allowance.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $159,000.00 per year
