Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., seeks an experienced General Division Manager to actively manage our Residential service, installation and sales business based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Highly prefer a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing P&L of $20M+ in a Senior Management capacity.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Lead, manage, train and develop operational managers
- Manage and improve operational processes and procedures with the objective of providing maximum profit and return with as much emphasis on customer satisfaction and return business with direct responsibility for P&L
- Work with District Manager to establish sales and operating budgets and work with Service/Sales Group to continue to focus their efforts on achieving budgeted sales and gross profit objectives, while still maintaining their Territory and Key Account customers
- Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve business matters
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing management personnel; “Service” industry experience and/or building products & materials retail sector experience highly desirable
- Possess an ability for technical applications, mechanical systems and problem solving
- Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire; must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
