Overview:
USAN is seeking a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing Demand Generation campaigns and programs and assisting in the achievement of pipeline and revenue goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of running high-performing and innovative teams with a penchant for execution. They will be experts in targeting, acquiring, and nurturing prospects through the funnel and converting that into pipeline and closed business. The Demand Generation Manager will oversee conversion rates and pipeline contribution targets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to establish a Demand Generation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create and implement innovative multi-channel campaigns, both short-term and long-term, utilizing various methods such as webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, etc.
- Drive enterprise Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at every stage.
- Utilize marketing automation and lead management to streamline and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
- Partner with sales to select and prioritize target accounts based on opportunity (buyer need, persona, vertical, etc.) and lead creation, implementation, and execution of programs.
- Setting and achieving goals and KPIs for lead generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and lead conversion, using data and analytics to measure and improve performance.
- Collaborative approach with sales teams, effectively coordinating, communicating, and delivering campaigns that resonate throughout the buyer's journey.
- Help the team manage leads, email campaigns, and analytics in Hubspot.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of B2B Demand Generation experience in SaaS and/or professional services
- Expert-level skills in Hubspot's Marketing Hub; comfortable creating and maintaining contact lists, workflows, landing pages, forms, etc.
- Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of ABM, paid digital, social advertising, SEM, and email marketing
- Demonstrated success running and reporting on digital marketing programs
- Analytical thinking and outcome delivery skills; not afraid to dig around in data to help create reports for team meetings
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, results-driven team player
