The General Manager is responsible for the oversight, direction, and leadership in the daily
operations of all hotel departments. This position develops, promotes, and executes actions in
order to achieve the hotel's goals for revenue, guest service and satisfaction, as well as
associate engagement.

- Prioritize guest and associate safety and wellbeing at all times by following all company safety procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to corporate; and comply with safety training and certifications.
- Administer company policy and procedures.

- Adhere to all franchise and company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.
- Regularly inspect guest rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
- Be a professional role model and establish a good dialogue with all employees.
- Be a team player.
- Any other duties as directed by Corporate, as needed.
Qualifications:
College Degree or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in hotel operation, specifically Marriott and Hilton properties is a Plus.
Knowledge of OPERA Operating System, LightSpeed, Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton Revenue Optimization is highly recommended.
Need to be proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
