Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our non-profit all-inclusive family center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of managing a diverse team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to our team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and inventory management.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every visitor to our center receives exceptional service and has a memorable experience.
- Program Development: Collaborate with staff to develop and implement engaging programs and activities that meet the needs and interests of our diverse community.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with our community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost-saving measures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the non-profit or family entertainment industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
- Passion for serving families and creating inclusive spaces.
- Knowledge of child development and/or early childhood education is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
