As a licensed contractor in Oregon, our scope of work encompasses a diverse range of visual communication products, including vehicle graphics, exterior signs, window and floor graphics, decals, trade show booths, promotional items, apparel, and vinyl applications to various materials. Our production arsenal is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including Latex, Solvent, and UV printers, plotters, laminators, CNC routers, cutters, lasers, engravers, and a custom paint booth. We also boast a Van Ladder Bucket Truck, an F150, and a Ford Transit. Our dedicated team consists of 7 production/installers, 3 graphic designers, and 7 sales/service professionals.
We're Seeking a Visionary General Manager
We are on the lookout for a General Manager with a background in light manufacturing and a proven track record of managing a team of 10+ in a manufacturing environment for over 5 years. The ideal candidate thrives under tight deadlines and is eager to play a pivotal role in our continued success.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Franchise Owner and VP, the General Manager will be responsible for a broad range of tasks encompassing team management, sales and marketing, inventory oversight, customer service excellence, and financial performance of the center.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee sales, design, production, and installation operations at FASTSIGNS of Eugene.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Conduct daily production meetings to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Manage the balance between work in progress and production capacity.
• Implement employment-related programs, manage payroll, and administer incentives.
• Direct the installation schedule and ensure seamless execution.
• Organize staff and sales meetings to maintain team alignment.
• Address personnel issues discreetly and promptly.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards and resolve any customer satisfaction concerns.
• Oversee inventory procurement and manage large custom orders.
• Support production with overflow work as necessary.
• Maintain the store's upkeep, safety, and organization.
• Ensure proper center operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Generate and analyze essential reports, monitor finances, and track key performance indicators.
• Promote a sales-centric culture through recognition and incentives.
• Collaborate on the annual business plan and monitor its execution.
• Comply with all company policies and ethical standards.
