Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business manager to be our General Manager to oversee our operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business, while delivering exceptional 5-star quality customer service, and driving profitability.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and employee performance evaluations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized customer database
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the service industry
- Strong knowledge of small business operations, including inventory management, cost control, and staff supervision
- Proficiency in using Service Titan, Housecall Pro or similar software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for customers
- Knowledge of plumbing standards, code and parts
