The Role:

As our Lead Breaker and Store GM, you're the MVP of Rip Valley! You'll lead the charge in our live and virtual breaks, bringing the thrill of the chase to our vibrant community. Your role is pivotal in creating an electrifying atmosphere that merges the heart-pounding excitement of a sports bar with the laughter and fun of a comedy club.

Breaking Duties:

· Conduct Live Breaks in-shop, adding a dash of drama to each reveal.

· Host Virtual Breaks, connecting with our global Rip Valley family.

· Create a buzz in Sports Bar/Comedy Club Breaks, where cards meet charisma.

· Manage Shipping for Breaks and Online Orders, ensuring every package is a promise of excitement, with full-time staff support.

· Drive Break Promotion on Social Media, filling breaks and fueling the frenzy.

GM Responsibilities:

· Forge strong Community and Neighbor Relations, because every connection counts.

· Establish and grow partnerships with all levels of sports in the Valley (youth, college and professional)

· Ace POS and Customer Interactions, delivering a championship-level experience, with full-time staff support.

· Negotiate like a pro for buying collections, singles, and wax.

· Champion Shop Opening & Closing, keeping our treasure trove secure and shining, with full-time staff support.

· Curate On-Site Inventory, creating displays that dazzle and delight.

· Coordinate with Vendors/Deliveries, ensuring our lineup is always all-star, with full-time staff support..

· Collaborate with Curator Partners for Sneakers, Clothing, and Memorabilia.

· Lead Social Media and Content Posting, showcasing our wax wonders and unforgettable experiences.

· Develop and Deliver Employee Training, building a team of Rip Valley all-stars.

· Master Staff Management and Scheduling, keeping our game plan flawless.

· Oversee Product Inventory Management, keeping our stats up-to-date.

· Orchestrate event scheduling, making every day at Rip Valley an event.

· Juggle Spreadsheets/System Inputs like a pro player managing stats, with full-time staff support..

· Innovate with store events and promos, keeping our calendar as exciting as game season.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
