The General Maintenance 3rd Class Position creates an experience for our hotel guests with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment with a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. A 3rd class General Maintenance engineer will be primarily responsible for General Maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, door locks, meeting spaces, and front of house areas. Requiring some skills in these areas as well as good communication and multitasking skills. A 3rd class General Maintenance engineer will also perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment. Requiring some skills in these areas as well as good communication and multitasking skills.
90 Day Probationary Rate: $26.53 per hour Hourly Rate: $31.21 per hour

- Minimum 1-3 years building/hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
- Good customer service and troubleshooting skills are required.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and comprehend programs related to preventive maintenance (iTendant), TV systems, etc.
- Must have open availability, to include overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- BOC level 1 certified or Equal is also preferred.
