We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Dentist to join our thriving dental practice in Capitola, CA. As a General Dentist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our patients' oral health.
I am offering, for the new graduates, a mentorship in Dentistry from an experienced Dentist of + 25 years. For the Experienced dentist, I am offering an opportunity to explore all facets of Dentistry. Our Office delivers a full armamentarium of Dental Treatment. This opportunity will allow this Associate to follow their Interest. This Includes Implants (with and without Sinus lifts), Hard tissue Laser Dentistry ( Solea), and the Digital Technology of In-House Milling of Crowns " Crowns in A Day" dentistry. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Administer anesthetics and prescribe medications as necessary.
- Conduct restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Stay informed about advancements in dentistry and continuously enhance clinical skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Dental Expertise: Possess a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school. Current and valid state dental license in California.
- Clinical Proficiency: Proven experience in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and proficiency.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate treatment plans and instructions to patients.
- Compassionate Patient Care: Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable dental experience.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with dental support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new technologies, treatment methodologies, and evolving dental practices.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and address various dental conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in performing dental procedures and maintaining accurate patient records.
Relocation:
The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Capitola, CA, and integrate seamlessly into the local community.
