This is part-time employment.
This is a set aside position for an individual with a disability.

The core working hours are 7:30am to 12:00pm, Monday through Friday.
The hourly wage is $15.92.
This is a non-exempt position. Employees are eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 hours in a standard workweek should it be necessary.
General Clerk I
Provide courteous, fast and efficient service in all phases of mailroom duties, including, but not limited to, accurately sorting, logging in, picking up and delivering mail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mail services to the contract using the U.S. Postal Service and private carriers such as FedEx and United Parcel Service.
- Receive, sort and dispatch mail to centralized locations.
- Pick up outgoing mail.
- Maintain chain of custody log books.
- Meter all outgoing mail.
- Deliver outgoing mail for processing.
Must be able to stand/walk 80% of the time; must be able to lift, carry, push and or pull 50 lbs.; must be able to speak, hear and see. All of these requirements are necessary in order to properly accomplish all essential functions within this job description.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work independently and follow direction with little supervision.
