Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerk. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient operations within the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organizational skills.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Provide customer service support, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Previous experience in a healthcare setting will be preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Personal assistant experience is a plus
