General Office Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into the manufacturing software for tracking production
• Post customer payments and prepare invoices.
• Assist with filing and management of paper documents.
• Enter data into Excel spreadsheets
• Some phone duties, including vendor and customer relations.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• A High School Degree or greater.
• 1 to 5 years experience in a office/clerical position
• Good knowledge of business software and Microsoft Office, and experience with Excel a must.
• Ability to handle high volume transactions in a fast paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
