SalaryHuston Cadillac GMC in Lake Wales is now hiring a part to full time Receptionist for the right candidate The position requires you to be available to work Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday 8 AM - 4 PM every other Saturday with a set week day off.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must work all scheduled days and hours.
- Greets showroom guests in a hospitable manner and determines the nature of their visit
- Answers a multi-line phone system, routs calls, and takes messages
- Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, providing basic information and striving to minimize the time they are put on hold
- Directs guests to the correct department / notifies the appropriate employee that a guest is waiting
- Exhibits ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
- Maintains safe and clean reception area
- Performs other job related duties as assigned
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior receptionist experience a plus
- Bilingual a plus (English & Spanish)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Exhibits a confident and professional phone manner
- Ability to handle heavy phone volume
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Professional appearance and demeanor (attire is Business Casual, no jeans)
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
