Full Time Night Auditor

We are looking for a Full Time Night Auditor. You MUST have exemplary customer service experience and must be VERY reliable (if you do not make your job a priority please DO NOT apply). Perfect Attendance is highly recommended. You must also must possess A VERY friendly, authentic, caring, and thoughtful attitude. The person we are looking for MUST be professional and offer top notch customer service. (We call this Hamptonality) You must be able to multitask and type at a good rate of speed. You must also be trustworthy, responsible, and reliable. The shift is Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am. Again, I can not stress this enough, you MUST be very reliable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Operate the phone system and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Prepare daily reports and balance transactions
- Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your exceptional guest relations skills combined with your ability to handle phone systems will contribute to providing a positive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for checking in guests, addressing their inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail will be essential in preparing daily reports and balancing transactions. Additionally, you will uphold the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in using computer systems and software is necessary for managing reservations and processing payments. Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus.

```Duties```
- Perform night audit duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with guest requests such as booking reservations, providing directions, and recommending local attractions
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.

-Starting and often helping with the opening of breakfast

-numerous other duties as necessary

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems for check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk operations
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
