Locally owned Financial Services Company in search of an experienced Executive Assistant.
Position entails assisting an executive of the company with everything from data entry, supply orders, client correspondence, generating monthly client payments, etc.. Firm knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat are required. Must have minimum High School Diploma but additional education and applicable job experience are preferred.
The perfect candidate for this position is highly professional, organized, shows attention to detail and has great time-management skills along with superb oral and written communication skills.
The shift is M-F, 9 am - 6 pm. The position offers startinghourly pay of $18 -$20 an hour based on experience. After a 90 day introductory period, you will be eligible for our full benefit package including -- Monthly PTO, Paid Holidays, and Employer Sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. We also offer paid Vacation and a 401K after one year with the Company!
