Director of Individual Giving

Responsibilities:

Gemma Services is seeking a full time, experienced non-profit fundraising professional to join our collaborative team to help grow a sustainable Individual Giving program. Reporting to the Chief Development and Communications Officer, the Director of Individual Giving will work closely with colleagues to execute and achieve a robust and ambitious annual giving growth plan. The Director will manage a caseload of donors to increase their charitable support. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication, and project management skills. They will possess a strong commitment to donor-centered fundraising, at least seven (7) years’ experience in roles with direct responsibility for donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, and a track record of fundraising success. CFRE preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
