We're an exciting new digital healthcare startup looking for a part-time job (eventually leading to full-time) Executive Assistant.
This position is for our Tampa satellite office.
We are looking for someone that enjoys having flexible hours, likes working in a Startup environment, and is enthusiastic about learning new initiatives.
One thing for sure, you will learn alot working alongside the CEO and also get an opportunity to interact with different team members involved as well.
We want someone who is ready to dive in and completely own and potentially help grow their position.
The ideal candidate finds purpose in helping others on the team succeed, managing a diverse workload with experience prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. All with a great attitude!
The work involves handling large tasks that require focus, while also remembering the minor mundane tasks that are necessary. Keeping your todo list in order for what you need to, and managing a high level strategy plan for the company vision.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a friendly demeanor. They would value building relationships with their colleagues, clients and vendors while being a proactive thinker, not just a task doer.
This is a hybrid working position due to the nature of communication required. About 1-2 days/week in person and the rest from home.

Education
Any college degree
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience working either has an Executive Assistant or similar position.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Research - Studying a product/idea/service or a company requires lots of digging and sometimes gems are hidden and we need your help to find the information needed.
- Market Research | Internet research | Reading and interpreting online case studies | Vendor research | Company Research
- Product/Services Comparative Analysis. Being able to review what products/ services are out there, reaching out to them and identifying pros/cons for each.
- Calendar and Email Management. Composition, inbox organization, template development
- High level Project Management. Creating a plan, and following up on our high level strategy plan.
- Following up with Team members and maintain efficient systems to keep things organized
- Creating Presentations (professional, engaging and amazingly creative to stand out from the crowd)
- Creating and maintain excel financial reports and budget analysis
- Help with coordinating with Marketing, content writers, developers to ensure timely progress.
- Social Media and Technology savvy. Be able to help manage the social media posts on a weekly basis
- Email Marketing (email blast, newsletters, etc.)
- Lite Bookkeeping, bank/credit card reconciliation. Keeping quickbooks updated.
- Comfortable with creating, updating and organizing our documentation and google drive folders.
- Editing and proofreading - Business Documents(Contracts), Social Media and Website Content
- Comfortable using tools like Trello, Slack, and other project management tools.
- Help with online branding for a few of the executives ( Linkedin, twitter, instagram, facebook)
- Some public relations work and look for opportunities to build the company image.
- Being able to do some light photo editing if needed, updating the website content, posting a new blog
