- Proficient at performing all accounting functions including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, FULL PHASE payroll and operating statements.
- Extensive knowledge in QuickBooks, strong computer skills in Excel, Word and a variety of other computer programs.
- Extremely competent with all functions of computer OPERATIONS AND internet utilization.
- Ability to identify and facilitate the implementation of functional integration systems.
- Maintain all compliance regulations with regards to HR, Payroll, Insurance and additional company requirements.
- Excellent phone etiquette and sales skills along with strong skills in scheduling.
