```Duties:```
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to Accounts Payable and journal entry maintenance;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using double-entry bookkeeping;
- Prepare financial reports for management review and maintain Excel spreadsheets;
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation;
- Utilize accounting software to record transactions and generate financial reports.
```Skills:```
- Proficient in Accounts Payable, journal entry maintenance and Excel;
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and ability to maintain accurate financial records;
- Proficiency in using accounting software to record transactions and generate reports;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
