- Enter AP invoices from parts vendors. Update part pricing based on cost.
- Help ensure accurate inventory counts
- Enter AR invoices where parts and services are sold to customers. Keep AR balances low by collecting from customers.
- Reconcile bank account
- Prepare deposits
- Pay sales tax
We have processes in place to follow and we are happy to improve those. There are other accountants in the company and an outside CPA firm to rely on. We work in QuickBooks Desktop.
