Required job duties: Customer Service, answering phone calls, process AR/collections & AP. Other duties include: cash management, bank recs, prepare budgets, adhere to management agreement guidelines, maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, review monthly financial packages for multiple clients, condo associations & HOA's, cover day to day when other bookkeepers are out, client meetings, and assist in maintaining company electronic files.
Required skills: Strong QBO, Journal Entry, Excel and Smartsheet experience a must. A candidate must have the ability to stay organized, manage interruptions and constantly re-prioritize workload in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Candidate must be a self starter and detail oriented with exceptional communication and follow-through. A positive, helpful attitude and team player.
