FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER
Hiring for a client -
Detail oriented person responsible for all day to day bookkeeping and office administrative duties for a Plumbing and Heating business located in New Haven, CT. Proficiency with QuickBooks is a must.
Reports directly to the owner.
- Cash flow reporting
- A/R and A/P
- Employee relations
- Payroll - submit via ADP
- Bank deposits, bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and submit state sales tax
- Maintain business insurances and annual COI's
- Work closely with Accountant and accounting support
- Other accounting or administrative duties as needed
Desired Experience:
- 8 years + Bookkeeping experience
- Construction/trade experience preferred
- Strong proficiency QuickBooks Desktop
- Comfortable in small office business environment
- Computer proficient
