Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in our Dallas office! You will be responsible for preparing financial statements & payroll reports for our Clients.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Clients Bank Account(s).
- Computerization, Journal entries, and using excel
- Communicate with clients to answer questions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Preparation of 941 and Payroll Deposits, State Unemployment, 940, Sales Tax
- Training on Successful and Proven Software Provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Fundamental knowledge of Bookkeeping
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
